Refund policy

NO REFUNDS. Exchanges and store credit only. PLEASE EMAIL US TO DESCRIBE ISSUE BEFORE ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS STARTED. (elevemodestwear@gmail.com)

All items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags still attached. Failure to do this will lead to denial of exchange/ return services. 

* You have 7 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. 

* We are unable to cancel your order once you place one. 

* Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged. All discounted item are FINAL SALE. To complete your return please email elevemodestwear@gmail.com

* You are only allowed one exchange.

* In the package you must include a note with your order number and size needed. Not including a note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed an invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement item.

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will only be credited for the product(s).

* If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returned Orders

Please be sure to include apartment/suite numbers in shipping address if applicable. We are not responsible for any missed packages due to incomplete addresses. USPS will NOT deliver to incomplete addresses.

If your address is incomplete, you will not receive your order and it will be returned back to us. All orders returned to us due to incomplete addresses will not be reshipped until customer pays shipping fee.

Élevé Modest Wear is not held responsible for any lost items. Please make sure your address is updated and correct prior to completing order. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to mistakes on addresses. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
